He is thorough, thoughtful, responsive, and helpful in every way possible. "Staff are helpful & friendly. Was unhappy about phones going to voicemail frequently; but upon bringing this up Brian gave me his cell # to contact if I ever need immediate assistance, which was helpful."

"I've been with State Farm since I was 18, an am now 53.! Brian took over for Bob Wickliffe, an has done very well. They have an extremely great staff in the office. I would recommend State Farm to all my friends & family.!"

"I've been with state farm for 24 years. I had my file transferred over after my original agent retired. I thought it would be nice to have my agent close by for whatever reasons. Turns out this office never answers the phone, rarely returns phone calls and the last 3 times I've tried to stop by, since they didnt answer the phone, for a copy of my insurance so I could rent a car they were closed with no sign on the door....I guess they just close whenever they want. Long story a but longer, I requested my file be transferred and am trying my luck a different office"
